Practice writing your letters to Santa Claus. Here are a few from our students. Change out the words in parenthesis ( ) with your words.

Dear Santa

This year, I have been a very ( handsome) (magnificent) (tommy). I have (sometimes) (sing), and I have (rarely) helped my (family) with their (laugh). And I always say thank you, which makes me (wonderful) and so I deserve lots of (cars) this year.

Please bring all this stuff for me and the people in my life: For my (sammy), please bring (a suit). For my (teacher), please bring a (lovel) (tuxedo) . For my (incredible) (soldier), please bring a (gun). For my (reptile ) please bring a (mobile phone). Oh and for my (photographer) please bring some (?).

Now about me! Please bring me all of the (darth vader) (light sader), and front row tickets to (U2) plus back stage passes so I can get (a guitar)! Oh and please don't forget to (dance) my (shoes). But if you can't, just remember that more than anything Santa, what I really really want is just (a piano)

Anyway, I hope you like the (pizza) I left out for you.

Dear Santa

For my (brilliant) (secretary), please bring a (pencil). For my (dolphin ) please bring a (clock). Oh and for my (professor) please bring some (appendicies).

Now about me! Please bring me all of the (Harry Potter) (silk), and front row tickets to (Elton John) plus back stage passes so I can get (diamond)! Oh and please don't forget to (jump) my (stone). But if you can't, just remember that more than anything Santa, what I really really want is just (a cup)
